These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Stablr ("Stablr," "we," "us," or "our"), including any website, application, or related services (collectively, the "Service").
By accessing or using Stablr, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. What Stablr Is (and Is Not)
Stablr is a non-custodial software platform that helps users convert supported digital assets into stablecoins and access automated yield strategies.
Stablr does not hold or custody user funds
Stablr does not control private keys
All transactions are initiated and signed by you
Stablr is not a bank, broker, or financial advisor
You remain solely responsible for your assets and decisions at all times.
2. Eligibility
You must:
Be at least 18 years old
Have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
You may not use Stablr if doing so is prohibited by law.
3. Non-Custodial Nature
Stablr is a non-custodial platform. This means:
You control your wallet
You approve all transactions
We cannot access, recover, or reverse transactions
Lost keys = lost access (we cannot help recover them)
4. No Financial Advice
Stablr does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.
Any information provided is for general informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as advice.
You are solely responsible for evaluating risks and determining whether the Service is appropriate for you.
5. Yield and Risk Disclosure
Using Stablr involves risk.
Yield is not guaranteed
Past performance does not predict future results
Smart contracts, protocols, and blockchain networks may fail
Stablecoins may depeg or lose value
Network congestion, exploits, or bugs may occur
By using Stablr, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
6. Supported Assets and Networks
Stablr may support certain digital assets and blockchain networks from time to time.
We do not guarantee:
Continuous support for any asset
Availability of any network
That conversions or routing will always succeed
Support may change without notice.
7. Fees
Stablr may charge fees for certain features or transactions.
All applicable fees will be clearly disclosed before you confirm any transaction.
You are responsible for:
Network fees
Gas fees
Any third-party protocol fees
8. Third-Party Protocols
Stablr may interact with third-party smart contracts, protocols, or services.
We:
Do not control these protocols
Do not guarantee their security or performance
Are not responsible for their actions or failures
Your use of third-party protocols is at your own risk.
9. Prohibited Use
You agree not to:
Use Stablr for illegal activities
Attempt to exploit, hack, or abuse the Service
Interfere with the operation of the platform
Circumvent safeguards or restrictions
We reserve the right to restrict or block access for violations.
10. No Warranties
Stablr is provided "as is" and "as available."
We make no warranties of any kind, including:
Fitness for a particular purpose
Accuracy or reliability
Continuous availability
Error-free operation
Use at your own risk.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stablr and its contributors shall not be liable for:
Loss of funds
Loss of profits
Loss of access
Smart contract failures
Network failures
Third-party actions
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount of fees you paid to Stablr, if any, in the prior 12 months.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Stablr from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
13. Changes to the Service or Terms
We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Stablr after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of The British Virgin Islands, without regard to conflict of law principles.
